For our headquarters in Tienen we are looking for a Management Assistant

Your function

  • You oversee the different agendas of the executive management team and coordinate travel and meetings.
  • You plan and organize the logistics of each meeting.
  • You attend the executive management team meeting and ensure timing and agenda are respected.
  • You assist in the administration of the executive management team when requested.
  • You follow up on deadlines and step in when necessary in order to meet them.
  • You assist with research and writing reports and preparation of presentations.
  • In your role you report directly to the CEO.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of practical management experience.
  • You have excellent computer skills, especially in the Microsoft environment.
  • You are administratively strong and can organize files and documents.
  • You have strong project management and organizational skills.
  • You have exceptional time management abilities, including managing multiple calendars.
  • You must be able to show a high level of proficiency (C2) in English, Dutch and French. Additional language skills are an asset.
  • You are an excellent communicator with great writing and listening skills.
  • You are able to handle confidential information discretely.
