Cercospora leaf spot (CLS) is a leaf disease caused by a fungus, named Cercospora beticola. It is the most destructive sugar beet leaf disease, with potential losses above 30%. Cercospora is present in most regions where sugar beets are grown. Read more about leaf diseases here!
