The ALS technology is an effective alternative to weed control in sugar beet and an important development in sugar beet production. At SESVanderHave, we market ALS-inhibitor tolerant varieties under the CONVISO® SMART brand. These varieties tolerate the Bayer herbicide CONVISO® ONE.

Our new generation of cercospora tolerant sugar beet varieties combines strong cercospora tolerance with high sugar yield. Compared to classic varieties, CERCOTECH® varieties help slow the disease progression, maintain a green canopy to harvest and maximise photosynthetic efficiency.
